    Are all items authentic?

    Yes. All items we sell are guaranteed authentic. All brands are authenticated internally and at times, when required, we also have access to the services of several reputable third party authentication businesses. We can provide an authentication certificate, at an additional cost of £25.

    Could I have some more details, pics, or a video, or a condition report of an item Im interested in?

    Yes of course. Please do not hesitate to email us and we are more than happy to provide you more details about an item you are interested in.

    I would like an item to be shipped outside of the UK, is this possible?

    Yes of course, however we do not cover any customs duty, taxes or import fees.

    How can I sell with you?

    You can sell with us either on a consignment basis, or we can purchase your item outright. Consignment is currently only offered in the United Kingdom, but we are working to expand this service internationally. Please see our section on Sell with Us for more details.     Do you offer payment plans or layaway?

    Payments by Klarna are offered in the UK or Paypal Credit globally.

    What is the cost of delivery and how long does delivery take?

    UK delivery is provided free of charge and fully insured to cover the item's value.  Estimated time frames / options for shipping are shown at checkout.

    Can items be viewed in person?

    Unfortunately not. We aim to provide as many photos or videos of the items as possible, for you to visualise the items. 

    How do I pay?

    We accept most major credit and debit cards, Paypal and other payment providers.

    Can you send me more photos or videos of an item?

    Yes of course, we encourage you to be very familiar with all the details of the product thats on offer. We will be happy to send you as much info as possible.

    How is the merchandise priced?

    Our prices are competitive. Items are priced based on a variety of factors including market demand, desirability, condition and availability (e.g. discontinued / out of stock).  We do not have a physical store or shop presence, and we are able to give our customers competitive savings.

    How can I be made aware of new products for sale?

    Arrival of new merchandise is announced on our Instagram profile. 

    What are the product condition definitions that are in the item descriptions?

    Here is how we classify them:


    - Never worn with tag
    - item was never worn and has original retail tag/tags, this can be on shoes or bag or accessories

    - Never worn - item can be without a tag but shows it has never been worn and has no visible defects, pulls, scratches, or snags, looks brand new

    - Very good condition - this is a visibly second hand item which has been only slightly used and has been very well maintained, there can be light defects from very slight usage, such as slight scratches to bag and soles - these will be mentioned in our descriptions

    - Good condition - item is a second hand item, it shows signs of wear but it has been well maintained and looked after. Any defects will be mentioned by us and will be visible in the photos. Slight wear to material and the item  is acceptable. No holes, tears, rust, odour.

    - Fair condition - item is a second hand item which has been worn frequently, and shows numerous defects and marks, all of these will be mentioned and photographed. We are happy to provide more pictures and videos at yoir request.
